The six-stage Aroma G3 grinding mechanism guarantees an excellent grinding process. It allows the coffee beans to be ground quickly and freshly, whilst preserving the full aroma. The JURA-developed Pulse Extraction Process (PEP ® ) optimises the extraction time in every case, such as when preparing Ristrettos and Espressos: hot water is forced into the ground coffee intermittently and at rapid intervals. Thanks to the One-Touch function, the WE8 prepares trendy specialities topped with milk and milk foam at the touch of a button and without moving the cup.
