After just 15 minutes of preheating , you'll be cooking at 500°C, where you can cook 16" stone oven pizza in 60 seconds. The Karu 16 isn't designed just for making pizza, its oven is big enough and tall enough for searing steaks, baking bread and cakes, as well as roasting vegetables and fish.
The addition of the mounted thermometer allows you to closely monitor the internal temperature of the oven to ensure perfect results every time. Not only that, but the body has been carefully designed using the highest quality materials for more fuel-efficient airflow, greater insulation, and better visibility from the clear oven door. The Karu 16 multi-fuel is designed to burn wood and charcoal for smoking, aromatic flavors. It can also be adapted for gas cooking with the optional Karu 16 gas burner along with a host of accessories such as a protective cover, pizza peels and much more.
