The advantage of sealed burners is that they can never have a flashback and they have the respective injectors under their covers for easy maintenance. As for the grates, made of pearlitic cast iron, they provide maximum strength, stability and safety against tipping of small pots or jars.

Total safety: absolute protection against accidental shutdowns, provided by a heat detection valve. The integrated thermocouple valve would interrupt the flow of gas in the absence of a flame in the event of a power cut or the fire going out, preventing any leak. The ignition is also integrated, which saves us possible burns and guarantees a quick and effective start-up in just two seconds.
